2. 商品和价格2. Products and prices

价格以马币（MYR）计算，可能不另行通知而更改，以结账时显示的为准。每一幅画都按订单制作，屏幕颜色可能和实物略有不同。风水寓意是传统说法，不是保证的效果。Prices are in Malaysian ringgit (MYR) and may change without notice; the price at checkout applies. Every painting is made to order, and screen colours may differ slightly from the real piece. Feng shui meanings are traditional symbolism, not guaranteed effects.

3. 下单和付款3. Orders and payment

付款通过 HitPay（FPX 网银、DuitNow QR、信用卡或电子钱包）完成。东马订单会先报运费，确认后再付款。我们可以在少数情况下取消订单（例如价格错误或缺货），并全额退款。Payment is taken through HitPay (FPX online banking, DuitNow QR, card or e-wallet). For Sabah and Sarawak we quote delivery first, then send a payment link. In rare cases (such as a price error or stock issue) we may cancel an order and refund it in full.

4. 送礼加字4. Gift inscriptions

加字内容由你提供，请确认名字和字词正确。设计师会按预览排版，实际位置可能略有调整。You supply the inscription text; please check names and wording carefully. Our designer follows the preview, and the exact position may be adjusted slightly.

5. 配送和退换5. Delivery and returns

6. 责任6. Liability

在法律允许的范围内，我们的责任以你为该商品支付的金额为上限。To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

本条款受马来西亚法律管辖。These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
