本政策说明 fengshuishi.art（由 Poster Tailor 经营）怎样收集和使用你的个人资料，依照马来西亚《2010 年个人资料保护法》（PDPA）。How fengshuishi.art (run by Poster Tailor) collects and uses your personal data, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
我们收集什么What we collect
- 下单资料：名字、电话、电邮、送货地址。付款在 HitPay 的安全付款页完成，我们看不到你的银行或卡资料。Order details: name, phone, email and delivery address. Payment happens on HitPay's secure payment page; we never see your bank or card details.
- 你在 WhatsApp 和我们聊天的内容，以及信息里附带的网站编号和来源（例如 Facebook 广告）。What you send us on WhatsApp, including the web reference and source (such as a Facebook ad) added to the message.
- 浏览资料：你看了哪些页面和画、在 3D 展厅停留多久、从哪个广告或网站来。这些用 cookie 和类似技术收集。Browsing data: pages and paintings viewed, time in the 3D showroom, and which ad or site you came from, collected with cookies and similar tools.
- 存在你手机或电脑里的资料：购物车、收藏、最近看过、送礼加字草稿。这些只在你的设备里，我们看不到。Data kept on your own device: cart, saved paintings, recently viewed and gift inscription drafts. These stay on your device.
用来做什么How we use it
- 处理订单、制作和送货，回答你的问题。To make and deliver your order and answer your questions.
- 了解大家喜欢哪些画，改进网站。To learn which paintings people like and improve the site.
- 在 Facebook、Instagram 和 Google 上给你看相关的广告（需要你同意，见下面）。To show you relevant ads on Facebook, Instagram and Google (only with your agreement, see below).
和谁分享Who we share it with
只和帮我们提供服务的公司分享：HitPay（付款）、Cloudflare（网站和订单资料）、送货公司、Meta（Facebook / Instagram / WhatsApp）、Google（Analytics 和广告）。我们不会把你的资料卖给任何人。法律要求时，我们会依法提供。Only with companies that help us serve you: HitPay (payments), Cloudflare (website and order records), couriers, Meta (Facebook / Instagram / WhatsApp) and Google (Analytics and ads). We never sell your data. We disclose it when the law requires.
广告追踪：你可以选择Ad tracking: your choice
第一次来网站时，下面会出现提示。按「不接受」后，这部设备就不会再载入 Facebook 和 Google 的追踪代码。想改变选择，可以按这里：The first time you visit, a notice appears at the bottom. Choose “No thanks” and this device will not load the Facebook and Google tracking code. To change your choice:
保存多久How long we keep it
订单资料按照法律和会计要求保存。浏览资料一般保存不超过 26 个月。Order records are kept as the law and accounting rules require. Browsing data is generally kept for no more than 26 months.
