什么是 5D 钻石水晶风水画？What is a 5D diamond crystal feng shui painting?
在高清印刷的画面上，把水晶钻和金晶用 80°C 热熔进画面，表面像玻璃一样光亮，有多层立体感，灯光下会闪。所有作品由 Poster Tailor 在雪兰莪巴生本地手工制作。A high-definition print with crystal diamonds and gold crystals heat-fused into the picture at 80°C. The surface is glass-smooth, layered and sparkles under light. Every piece is handmade by Poster Tailor in Klang, Selangor.
5D 钻石画和普通帆布画有什么不同？How is 5D diamond art different from a canvas print?
帆布画是平面的喷墨打印，表面是布纹、不反光；5D 钻石画在打印之上多了凸起的水晶钻和金晶，表面光亮、有立体层次，灯光下一层层闪光。我们两种都有，帆布画价格较实惠。A canvas print is a flat inkjet print with a matte cloth surface. 5D diamond art adds raised crystal diamonds and gold crystals on top of the print, so it is glossy, layered and sparkles under light. We make both; canvas costs less.
有哪些尺寸？怎么选？Which sizes are there and how do I choose?
常见尺寸有 1.5 x 3ft（45 x 90cm）、2 x 4ft（60 x 120cm）、2.5 x 5ft（75 x 150cm）和 3 x 6ft（90 x 180cm）。画的宽度约为沙发或墙面宽度的三分之二最好看。需要特别尺寸可以 WhatsApp 我们定制。Common sizes are 1.5 x 3ft (45 x 90cm), 2 x 4ft (60 x 120cm), 2.5 x 5ft (75 x 150cm) and 3 x 6ft (90 x 180cm). 多久可以收到？运费多少？How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?
每一幅都按订单在巴生制作，印制和包装约 3–7 个工作天，付款后一般 7–10 个工作天送到。西马免运费。急单请先联系我们。Every piece is made to order in Klang. Printing and packing take about 3–7 working days, and it usually arrives 7–10 working days after payment. Delivery is free in West Malaysia. For urgent orders, contact us first.
收到有问题怎么办？What if something is wrong when it arrives?
如果收到的画有错误或印刷不满意，收货 7 天内联系我们，直接 1 换 1，一般 24–48 小时处理。改变主意不接受退款。If the painting arrives wrong or the print is not right, contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we replace it 1 for 1, usually within 24–48 hours. Change-of-mind refunds are not accepted.
可以怎样付款？How can I pay?
结账时通过 HitPay 安全付款，可用 FPX 网银、DuitNow QR、信用卡 / 借记卡或电子钱包。东马订单会先报运费，再发付款链接。At checkout you pay securely through HitPay by FPX online banking, DuitNow QR, card or e-wallet. For Sabah and Sarawak we quote delivery first, then send a payment link.

以下是各系列的传统寓意和常见挂法，仅供参考：福鹿财树寓意福禄双全、财源广进，常挂客厅沙发背景墙或店铺收银台后方；黄金靠山寓意有靠山、稳如泰山，常挂在沙发、办公桌或老板椅后方；流水生财寓意财源滚滚，水流宜朝向屋内；马到成功寓意事业顺利，常挂办公室；九鱼寓意年年有余；竹报平安寓意平安、节节高升。These are the traditional meanings and common placements, for reference only: Golden tree & deer for good fortune and wealth, often behind the sofa or the shop counter; Golden mountains for strong support, behind a sofa, desk or boss's chair; Flowing water for money flowing in, with the water running into the room; Galloping horses for career success, in offices; Nine koi for abundance; Bamboo for peace and steady growth.
